Good level of remuneration
I've noticed that I am rather tired of seeing ads in jobs offered Good Pay Level without giving much more detail.
The truth of the meet with these ads do not give me no desire to investigate or a little more how much is the good level of remuneration. Probably for this reason that I miss more than an interesting offer.
In this case it is a newsletter that reaches me by email every so often (actually not why because I am not looking for work), but gives the idea that is fashionable ads jobs where little detail given the benefits offered by working in such an undertaking.
Honestly, I have nothing against companies opting for this modality to motivate and convince potential employees interested, but I must say that in my case I am not at all interested to apply for such work. Moreover, this is intended as a constructive criticism, in the sense that such businesses or responsible for HR consultants interview staff could put emphasis on attracting potential talent somehow a little smarter in a competitive marketplace.
How much is good pay in these times? Do you need to survive? You need to be certain luxuries? More than average? These are some of the questions I was born to see an ad with these features.
Moreover, perhaps more important to highlight good pay would highlight what would have growth potential? What both economic and professional growth I provide? What acquire experience?
