Fortnightly report in June 2009
The fortnightly report of mid-June was delayed several days because it did travel a little labor and time settings.
In the first 15 days of June, total income from work was USD 1860.
Adsense revenues stood at USD 185 in the first 15 days of the month. This represents a decrease compared to same period of last month.
We'll see how it evolves with the rest of the month.
Developments May 2009
Continuing with the data of evolution, here are the results of May 2009.
As mentioned in the report fortnightly in May, the first week was less intense in terms of work. However, income from Adsense remained stable throughout the month.
Adsense revenues in May were U.S. $ 480, which allows me to cover the full rent of the apartment.
Moreover, the amount received for work was U.S. $ 2060 throughout the month.
The total income of the month is around 2540 USD.
My ability to save the month was USD 1600, which clarify-is-worth rather far from the "project" initially. Anyway, I stay positive and optimistic according to plan.
My short-term projections are:
- Homeownership. Evaluate the following options:
- Getting a mortgage
- Wait a little longer and pay a cash housing
- or a combination of 2: wait a little longer and then secure financing for a home, reducing the time.
- Read some books that I have not yet (been a new section in Plan Money Book Review)
- Evaluate whether to invest the money in nanotechnology, through NYSE: PXn an ETF of nanotechnology companies. This investment is designed to have long-term. Although still not clear to me whether it is time to go or not.
Evolution of March 2009
Culminating a new month, it's time to take stock as we have been doing every month. In this case it is up to the month of March 2009.
Income from work have been USD 3,200.
